Return Policy
Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our zero-waste furniture products, all sales are final once production has begun. We work closely with each client to ensure specifications are accurate before manufacturing commences.
Pre-Production Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated if production has not yet started, subject to any additional costs that may apply.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:
- Inspect the product and verify the issue
- Provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
- Cover return shipping costs for defective items
Damage During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Shipping damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Refunds are only available for products that have not been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
Material Recovery
In line with our zero-waste principles, returned products may be disassembled and materials recovered for reuse in future projects. This process helps maintain our commitment to sustainability.
Warranty
All products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty terms will be specified in your order agreement. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications are not covered.
